Red Dragon Egg Noodles - 60 gms
Soya Sauce - 50 ml
Oyster Sauce - 19 gm
Ginger & Garlic - chopped finely
fish sauce - 9 gm
Chicken/Fish/Prawns - 150 gms
Green/Red Chili - as per taste
Boil the noodles as instructed, and keep aside
In a non stick pan add oil and saute the ginger, garlic and chili on a low heat
Add the protein (chicken) and saute till the chicken is % done
Add the veggies and saute on high heat
Add all the sauces and cook for min
Add the noodles and mix and cook for another minute or two on high heat - you can add some remaining noodle water to make it more saucy
