Dried peas -35gms and kulcha
Tomato,coriander,lemon,reddish,cucumber,green chillies
Soak peas overnight & boil them for -mins in a pressure cooker.
Make a mixture of finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers,green chillies,coriander reddish,lemon and some masalas like roasted cumin seeds and chat masala.
Now put the boiled peas in these chopped vegetables. Mix well.
Mix well. Add green chuttney and salt to taste
Warm the kulcha on non-stick tawa
