35 gms Urad dal 70 gms Rice 1 tbsp of oil 3 seeds of meethi
Soak the dal , rice and meethi seeds in the water in the morning . . let it soak till night . In the night , grind them all on fine batterwith little water. . pour it in the bowl keep it over night so that it fermintates. . in the morning , heat the pan . . Add ladleful of batter to the center of the pan, begin to spread the batter in a sweeping circular motion. let it cook till it becomes golden brown . . Now enjoy it . you can eat with chicken curry or chutney. but make sure they are under macros 😝😜
