60 grams paneer

1 cheese cube

10 grams cashews

10 ml milk

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano as per taste

Method

Step 1

Soak the cashews for - hours

Step 2

In a mixer grinder grind all the ingredients together and make a paste.

Step 3

Enjoy it with vegetable sticks.
