25gm. Wheat flour 25gm. Maida 100gm. choice of vegetables 50gm. Cheese 5gm. Oil/ Butter 5gm. Yeast 5gm. Sugar salt Italian seasonings
Mix Yeast and Sugar with gm. luke warm water. rest for mins
add wheat flour and maida in a dish, add salt and knead the dough with yeast water ... add more water if required for a smooth dough.. cover it with wet cloth and rest for mins. go through some videos of making dough.. it's take practice of - times to get perfect in it.
chop all vegetables in square pieces. you can use onion, capsicum, Tomato, spinach (my personal favourite), broccoli etc. some like pineapple too...this depends on your diet chart.
after mins, knead the dough again for mins and again keep it for rest for another - mins.
pre heat the oven (I use gas tandoor) for mins. roll the dough and make a chapati. grese a dish which you can use in the oven and spred the chapati. grese it with oil/butter
add any sauce if fit in your diet chart, else sprinkle peri peri powder, then vegetables cover it with cheese and sprinkle some salt to taste and pepper
keep it in oven for mins. setting for each oven is different, do check the same.
sprinkle Italian seasonings and enjoy without ketchup 😉
