green chilli, coriander paste

coriander leaves, curry leaves, Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chillies
make green chilli, coriander paste
take besan flour and rava mix it
add paste to it
add a pinch of termeric powder
add curd and mix it well ,if needed add water too as per constitency
add salt mix it , the more u beat it becomes more soft and puffy
rest it for Minutes
add eno now, and mix it well
greese dhokla plate, pour the batter and place it in dhokla patra
let it cook for - min and just check with toothpick by inserting , if it's wet it's gonna stick to it if it is then let it cook another min , if not let it cool
other side give tadka with Cumin seeds, mustard seeds , curry leaves, green chilli, coriander and add to dhokla, make slices and serve it hot
