Moong dal flour - 100 g
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coriander - A good handful
Garlic - 4-5 cloves (if medium sized)
Green chilli - 2 (spicy)
Salt to taste
Cumin powder - half tsp
Begin by blending coriander, garlic and green chilli together.
Add the paste to the moong dal flour.
Add some salt to taste and the cumin powder.
Add just enough water to make a dough (similar to the consistency of a chappati dough).
Make balls out of the dough and roll it into a roti and put it on the pan along with some ghee.
Cook until nicely done and little red. (would make about dhapate)
Enjoy the dhapate while they're hot because they taste the best when fresh. You can have it with any chutney of your choice or even pickle!
