-Instant Oats, 35gm -Chocolate whey protein, 1 scoop -Thick curd, 80gm -Almonds, 10 no -Banana, small -Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, 20 gm -Flaxseeds, 10 gm -Black Raisins, 20 no -Crane berries, 20 no

Method

Step 1

Mash one small banana in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix one scoop chocolate Whey protein and mix it well to make it consistent.

Step 3

Add oats, flax seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, curd, almonds, black raisins and crane berries and give it a good mix.

Step 4

Enjoy your breakfast.
