Yellow+ green (chilka) Moong Dal 80 gm

Rice 40 gm

Ghee 10 gm

Garlic 1 cloves

1 small onion finely chopped

ginger chopped

Jeera,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,

Tomato 1 chopped

eggs 2 whole

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to a cooker followed by jeera,garlic,ginger and onion

Step 2

add dal+rice,spices and tomatoes

Step 3

cook for whistles on high flame in a cooker at high flame and for whistle on low flame.

Step 4

make an omlette with eggs.
