Rolled oats 40gm Curd 150gm Carrot grated 1 tbspn Cucumber 🥒 For tadka-- Ghee 5gm Kadhi patta Chana dal+urid dal 1gm Rai Hing Hari mirch Salt

Step 1

Soak Oats for min. then discard the water, add this to curd and mix it well. . Rest it for min or more,, add make a tadka of ghee Rai chana dal urid dal kadhi patta hing mirch and add it to oats curd mixture. . Garnish it with cucumber and carrot, serve cold..
