Step 1

Dahi vada in appe pan😍 You will not believe but it was so soft and yummy Dahi vada πŸ˜‹ 😍 Preparation time: mins Cooking Time:mins Ingredients: * Urad Dal- gm * Greek Yogurt- gms * Tamarind-gm *Raisin-gm * stevia - as per taste Tempering: (optional) * Oil- gm * Cumin powder * Red chillies Batter Preparation: . Soak Urad Dal overnight. . Grind it by adding little water and place it in a bowl. . Add salt and few cumin seeds . Turn on the gas and place appe pan and spray some oil. . Place the batter in the appe pan and cover it . . Now wait for - minutes .Later turn the vada on to the other side and fry it for another - mins. . Now check and if it’s done remove from pan. Water Preparation: To make vada so soft. . Boil some water in the pan and add pinch of Hing. . Boil for minutes and then turn off the gas. . Add all the prepare vada in the water for minutes . . After minutes remove all vada and squeeze the water . . Now add vada in the yogurt bowl 🍲 Chutney - . Take tamarind and water and boil it for - minutes. . Add stevia . Let it cool down for minutes and after that remove the tamarind seed . Yogurt Preparation: . In a bowl take yogurt & water. Beat it for few mins to make it smooth and thin. . Add salt & chili powder.(You can also add your own masalas.) . Now place the Vadas and chutney and add the tempering. .add - raisin . Enjoy your delicious vada πŸ˜‰ Calories- P- F- C-
