Soya chunks 20gms

Curd 100 gms

Ghee 5gms

Salt, red pepper, cumin powder, onion, tomato, green chutney

Method

Step 1

Dry roast soya chunks in ghee for - mins. Add salt and maggie masala to it. Now add curd to the roasted soya chunks, sprinkle the spices of your choice and add onion, tomatoes and green chutney to it. Eat it immediately to enjoy the crisp and crunch of it 😍
