Moong Daal 50 gms Almonds 10 gms Ghee 15 gms Stevia as per taste Cardamom powder , kesar and 1 almond for garnishing

Method

Step 1

)Dry roast daal and almonds until red and aroma comes . Keep aside for minutes and let it cool )Grind coarsely in a mixer )Heat ghee in a non stick kadhaai , add the mixture and roast for - mins ) Add hot water to desired consistency . )Add stevia as per taste and garnish with kesar, almond and elaichi. I added sugar gms which added to calories.
