Mix daal- 50 gm
Semolina- 50 gm
Veggies- 100 gm
Butter- 10 gm
Saute veggies in a little butter with mustard seeds and cumin seeds and spices of choice
Soak the daal for a few hours and then blend it with ginger, cumin powder, salt and green chilli and very little water
Once blended, add semolina and blend again
Get dosa consistency by adding water to the batter
Coat butter in pan and pour the batter and spread it thin
Once it turns golden, flip it for - seconds and then add veggies in the dosa and serve.
