Rice-45gms

Curd-100gms

Coconut oil-8gms

Moong/ udid dal- 6gm

curry leaves, hing, salt, dried red chilli, mustard seeds, green chilli, finely chopped onion

Method

Step 1

Cook rice with extra water so that it turns out slightly mushy

Step 2

Add curd as per required consistency

Step 3

Give it a tadka with all the ingredients mentioned in the last line

Step 4

Refridgerate for atleast - mins before consuming

Step 5

U can add milk for extra creaminess if it fits ur macros
