Curd 80gms Rice 40gms ginger 1/4 tsp Dry Red chilli 1 cumin séeds 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp curry leaves few cucumber 100 gms cut into small pieces oil 5 gms

Method

Step 1

) cook the rice until soft ,mash the rice once it's cold add curd,salt , cucumber pieces and mix it ) for tadka in pan add oil once it's hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves,dry red chilli,ginger ) sute for mins and add to the curd rice ) mix it and check the salt
