Cucumber - 120 gms

Coriander - 30 gms

Curd - 100 gms

Paneer - 50 gms

Ghee - 8 gms

Spices - Coriander powder, Cumin powder, chilli powder, salt

Method

Step 1

Chop Cucumber and coriander finely

Step 2

Mix - curd, veggies and spices together

Step 3

Add ghee in pan and roast paneer from both sides

Step 4
