Cucumber- 50 gm Curd- 50 gm Coriander Leaves- 1 Teaspoon (Chopped) Green Chilli- 1 Himalayan salt ( Sendha Namak), Black Pepper Powder, Red Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder
Step - Whip curd into a bowl add little bit water if required. Step - Grate cucumber and squeeze excess water from the cucumber then add the squeezed cucumber into the whipped curd,add chopped green chili,chopped coriander,salt and mix it. Step - Sprinkle black pepper powder, Cumin seeds powder and red chili powder. and tada π it's ready...
