Probiotic curd - 200gm
Himalayan pink salt- to taste
Roasted flax seed powder- 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate pearls- 100 gm
Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
- In a bowl add chopped cucumber, curd, salt, flax seed powder, red chilli powder, pomegranate pearls. - Mix them well and the healthy raita is ready. - Green chilli finely chopped is optional instead of red.
