Ingredients

Soya flour - 40 gms

Besan - 40 gms

Cucumber - 100 gms

Onion & Coriander - 50 gms together

Ghee - 8 gms

Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste

Method

Step 1

Grate Cucumber and chop onion and coriander finely

Step 2

Mix all ingredients and spices together

Step 3

Add water to adjust consistency

Step 4

Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly

Step 5

Cook for - minutes on low flame

Step 6

Flip and cook from other side too for minutes

Step 7

Tasty & healthy cucumber Cheela is ready 🤩
