Ingredients

100gms chicken

4 bread slices

100gms veggies (spinach, beans, carrots, onions, tomatoes)

10gms mayonnaise

2 cheese slices

12.5gms cooking butter

Method

Step 1

Keep marinaded chicken in a skillet and let it sear in butter

Step 2

Add veggies to it

Step 3

Keep bread slices on another pan and toast the in butter

Step 4

Add cheese slices to bread slices and let them melt

Step 5

Add mayo on the remaining bread slices

Step 6

Transfer the chicken and veggies to the slices

Step 7

Cut diagonally and serve

Step 8

Have some diet coke along with it if you like it
