150gm plain curd
10gm butter
3gm boondi
3gm coriander leaves
warm water
Grind Dry soya chunks and make powder. . Add same amount or just gm extra whole wheat flour. . Add salt according your taste and some coriander leaves. .Mix them all and add warm water to knead the mixture..use moderate amount water like -ml. . Don't knead it soft ..let it little hard and keep it rest for - minutes. .Add boondi, coriander leaves, salt in Plain curd and let it rest.. . Now after minutes make roti of that mixture and cook partially first and then add little butter just to fry them. . Make the roti golden brown. . That's it ..put all the things in plate and serve it. . Enjoy...Eat healthy and stay Healthy.
