Green whole moong dal. - 40grams Idly rice. - 16 grams Green chilli. - 2 Cumin seeds. - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, coriander leaves & salt. As per taste Ghee. - 4 gram
STep : Soak overnight rice and green moong dal together or for hours. Step: Grind soaked rice and dal together with (cumin seeds, ginger,green chilli, coriander leaves, salt) like idly batter consistency. No fermentation needed. Step: Make crispy dosa. Serve with any chutney/chicken gravy.
