Ingredients

Soya Chunks(55 g)

Low fat cheese(20g)

Peas (20g)

Milk (50-60ml)

Ketchup (15g)

Ghee

Oregano, capsicum

Method

Step 1

Boil soya in cooker and then rinse in cold water. Remove excess water from soya and then blend it in a grinder.

Step 2

Add teaspoon ghee in pan, add capsicum and grinded soya in the pan. Add spices according to taste. Keep moving for few minutes.

Step 3

Add milk and peas. On top of it add cheese.

Step 4

Cover the pan with a plate and let the cheese spread on soya by steam. After - minute, remove the plate and serve yourself.
