Creamy Cauliflower and Potato Soup

Ingredients

150 grams Cauliflower

50 grams Potato

A few garlic cloves

Medium onion

5 ml Olive Oil

5 grams Butter

Salt according to taste

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Method

Step 1

Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil on medium heat until the onions turn pink

Step 2

Add the cauliflower florets and chopped potatoes and mix well

Step 3

Add salt and turmeric powder

Step 4

Add cups of water, bring everything to a boil and cover the pot for minutes (add more water if required)

Step 5

Turn off the heat and add grams of butter and blend everything with an electric hand mixer or in a blender.

Step 6

Serve hot.
