Cray fish 200 grams
Canned tomato paste 1 tablespoon
1 medium size onion, green chillies, 3-4 garlic , small piece of ginger everything chopped fine
Oil 10 ml
Salt pepper as per taste
Heat oil in a cast iron pan
Wash cray fish and drain the water thoroughly
Add chopped fine veggies to oil and cook on high for minute
Now add cray fish cook for minutes and add tomato paste , salt and pepper .
Add cup of water and bring it to boil for more minutes
Serve hot with noodle, bread or rice and salads on side
