Cous cous :40gms Tip: soak cous cous in hot water till submerged for 5-10mîns: this makes it easy and saves time

Vegetables :200gms

Paneers : 50gms

Oil: As per your macros

Green chillies : quantity as per your spice level

Cumin seeds

Salt as per taste

Pinch of turmeric powder

Method

Step 1

Heat pan Add oil Add cumin seeds and green chillies to splutter Add vegetables Add salt and stir well Cook till vegetables are soft enough Add pinch of turmeric powder Saute for min Now add paneer (you can add at the end to avoid breaking of paneer) Now add cous cous to the masala Stir well for another mins Serve Hot
