fish100 gms , ginger garlic paste 1/4th spoon,curd 1/4th spoon,Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon,fish masala1/2 spoon ,salt as per taste, cornflour 1 spoon, coriander,oil 7ml (olive)
Take fish 🐟 and clean it ..take fish in a bowl..now add. ginger garlic paste+,curd,+Red chilli powder,+fish malsala,+salt +cornflour 🌽+chopped coriander now add little water 💦 mix it well leave it for / ( half an hour) ....Now take a pan add ml of oil ..now place the fish pieces and cook it on low flame for min by flipping it alternate sides let it became redishbrown ....now serve it .everything was quantified ...enjoy ,,🥰🥰
