Ingredients

Rice: 100 gm

Sweet corn kernels: 50 gm

Mushrooms: 100 gm

Olive oil: 20 gm

Tomato: 1/2 or 40 gm

Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp

Garlic: 2 cloves

Salt: To taste

Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp

Ginger : 1

Onion: 1

Green chilli slit: 1

Coriander leaves: To garnish

Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Wash and soak rice, cook them in boiling water till done.

Step 2

Blanch corn in boiling water.

Step 3

Chop mushrooms, garlic, tomato, onion, coriander leaves.

Step 4

Grate ginger and set aside.

Step 5

Heat up oil in a pan.

Step 6

Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and cook for seconds.

Step 7

Add chopped onions and cook till they turn light brown.

Step 8

Add in tomato and cook covered for minutes.

Step 9

Add the corn, mushrooms ,mix well and cook for - minutes.

Step 10

Adjust the salt, add chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it all well.

Step 11

Add cooked rice, coriander leaves, lemon juice. Give a good mix and serve hot.
