Coriander leaves - 25 gram Rice. - 50 gram Coconut oil. - 5 gram Chickpeas. - 30 gram
Step : Soak chickpeas overnight and next day morning boil it for minutes. Keep it aside. Step: In a pan add oil once its get heated add tsp of urad dal green chilli and chopped coriander leaves. Sauté in low flame till the leaves gets reduced in volume without changing its colour. Cool down and add salt to grind coarse paste. Step: Mix the coarse paste with cooked unstarched rice & boiled chickpeas.
