In a pan put coconut add cardamom powder and sweetener and sauté in medium low flame till water evaporates. Keep this aside.
Take another pan pour milk and add cardamom powder boil it till milk reduces and becomes little thick, now add sweetener and coconut and for for few more minutes.
Transfer it in a bowl garnish with chopped pistachio and walnut and serve rabri hot or warm or chilled as per likings.
