100gms drumsticks (singhphali)
100gms bottle guard (lauki/dudhi)
50gms sweet corn kernels 🌽
50ml coconut milk 🥥🥛
50gms soya chunks (mini)
8 to 10 curry leaves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
salt according to taste
1 to 2 green chili 🌶
Peel and cut the bottle guard and drumstucks. Add to a pressure cooker with a cup of water, slit chili and salt. Mash and strain.
In the same pressure cooker add the corn kernels & soya chunks & cook for whistle. strain and squeeze out the water from the soya chunks.
In a vessels add the vegetable stock, corn, soya chunks, coconut milk, cumin seeds & curry leaves & bring to a boil.
