Fish- 200gm
Coconut fresh- 30gm
Coriander- 30gm
Deep green chilly - 3
Lime- 1
ginger root- 5gm
garlic - 5gm
salt - as per the taste
turmeric powder- half tsp
Clean the fish, put mid deep cut along it's length, and marinate it with ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder
Meanwhile, in a mixer, add coconut, coriander, chilles, lime juice and salt and make a paste out of it.
Now, marinate the fish with this paste for about minutes.
In a skillet, lay out the fish and top it with all the paste and little water (ml).
Let it roast for about - minutes and flip it once it's golden brown and do the same for other side.
Voila it's ready! Enjoy!
