2 bread slices

half a potato, half onion, 2 green chillies

ghee 5g

salt and spices of your choice

Method

Step 1

For the aalu mixture: In a bowl add half mashed potato add salt and spices of your choice, half chopped onion, and chopped green chilies, and give it a good mix.

Step 2

For the grilled sandwich: Take a bread slice, add the mixture to it cover it with another slice. Apply ghee on both sides and put it in a grill toaster and cook for about to minutes. Tada it is ready 🌸
