For the Soya - 35g soya chunks (dry) - Hot water for soaking - A pinch of salt For the Creamy Dressing - 50g paneer - 30ml milk - 1 dried red chilli, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes - 2 garlic cloves - 2-3 cashews - ½ tsp pizza mix seasoning - Salt to taste
Step : Prep the Soya . Soak soya chunks in hot salted water for minutes. . Drain the water and squeeze the chunks thoroughly to remove excess moisture. . Set aside. Step : Blend the Dressing . Add paneer, milk, soaked red chilli, garlic, cashews, pizza mix seasoning, and salt to a blender. . Blend until you get a smooth, silky, creamy dressing. Step : The Grand Finale . Transfer the squeezed soya chunks to a bowl. . Pour the creamy dressing over them. . Toss gently until every chunk is coated with the delicious sauce. . Serve fresh and enjoy!
