Chickpeas - 50g
White rice - 50g
Tomato - 100g
Onion - 100g
Ginger garlic paste - 15g
Cooking oil - 10g
Soak chickpeas overnight
Boil them in a pressure cooker with - whistles
Add some oil in the pan.
Add cumin seeds, let it sizzle a bit and then add finely chopped onions and a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste to it. Fry the onions till they turn light brown Add spices like salt,turmeric,chilli powder,chole masala Add tomato puree. cook it for - minutes Add the boiled chickpeas,mix thoroughly with the masala,add some water and cook it at a low flame for - minutes. Add more water based on its consistency and your preference,if required Serve hot with boiled rice or chapati
