Ingredients

Chole soaked overnight and cooked : 40gms

Rice soaked for half an hour :40gms

Mustard seeds/cumin seeds :as per taste

Curry leaves/red chillies : as per taste

Garam masala OR star anise/cardamom/clove/dalchini :as per taste

Any pulav masala as per your choice :1tsp

Onions :50gms( i have skipped, ypu can use)

Oil:4gms

Turmeric powder , chilli powder : a pinch

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Heat cooker on gas . Add oil . Once its hot . Add cumin seeds/mustard seeds . Add curry leaves/redchillies /garam masala/ onions and saute well . Add boiled chole and saute well . Add pulav masala , turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry well . Add washed and drained rice and some water . Wait till whistle . Serve hot when done
