Boil chickpeas and add teabag while boiling
Make a purée of onion and tomatoes
Heat oil,add purée and sauté for min
Add jeera,salt,turmeric,red chilli and cook till oil seperates
Once done,add boiled chickpeas and gentle press some of the chickpeas and add in the gravy
Add kasuri methi channa masala and mix well
Boil at low flame for - min
It’s ready to serve Garnish with sliced green chilli and done ✅
