chole-50gm

tomato-80gm

onion-40gm

ghee-5ml

spices-salt,kashmiri red chilly, turmeric,chole masala,dry amla, coriander powder,

Method

Step 1

soak chole overnight

Step 2

next day boil chola in pressure cooker by adding amla

Step 3

take a pan add ghee and onion saute it

Step 4

after onion little brown add tomato in it

Step 5

saute onion tomato for -mints

Step 6

add all spices in it lastly add boiled chola in it.

Step 7

chola masala is ready to serve hot with rice chapati
