Greek yogurt or hung curd - 100g
: Take a bowl and put oats, cocoa powder and casien protien into it and give it a mix. : Add the peanut butter and greek yogurt or hung curd into the bowl. : Add g of water to the bowl. : now mix the ingredients until you see a consistent chocolate texture. : Keep it in fridge for hours and overnight for much better result. Tip: You can make this before sleep and keep it in fridge. Then you can eat this in morning.
