Quaker plain instant oats 15 gms
Strawberries 75gms
Blueberries 75gms
Milk 15 ml
Chocolate protein powder 1/2 scoop
add a little water to oats and microwave for min
cut the strawberries and blueberries and keep aside
add a little milk to the oats to make them mushy
add the protein powder and rest of milk and make it to a consistency of a smoothie
add the berries and demolish ☺️
