Besan -60 gms - little thick than usual one for laddoo
Chocolate Whey - 15 gms -
Oil -25ml
Roast the besan in ghee till it is brown or as per color you like
Once cooled, add sweetener and Whey Protein to it.
Mix well and make ladoos out of it
I was able to make Laddos out of the mentioned Quantity.
They taste close to normal besan ladoo.
