Salt
Grind the red chillies and garlic into a coarse paste . Take a bowl and add finely chopped onions, eggs, coriander , grated cheese, salt and chilli garlic paste . Mix it well and pour it on to a pan, add ghee and cover the lid . . Let it cook on a low flame . Flip in between turn off the gas and serve hot
