Veggies - cabbage, bell pepper, onion
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Pre cook the rice to make the pulao
Take gm of ghee and add cumin, chillies, garlic, onion
Then add veggies of your choice and paneer along with it . (Keep the veggies crunchy and don’t over cook it)
After mins add salt, chilli powder, turmeric , pinch of dhania powder
After mins when masala is cooked , add soya sauce and vinegar (one tsp each)
Add your pre cooked rice and mix well
