Ingredients

Paneer - 100gms Cornflour - 5gms Rice flour- 5gms Oil - 15gms Ketchup- 10gms Salt and pepper as per taste Soya sauce - 3-4 drops Capsicum Onion Ginger Garlic

Method

Step 1

Make a thick batter with cornflour , rice flour, salt , pepper and add paneer cubes to it. . Take gms of oil in a pan and fry paneer on medium -high flame for - minutes to keep it soft and take it out. . In the remaining oil add chopped ginger and garlic and let it get golden then add onion and capsicum. . Once onion becomes translucent add salt and pepper and all the sauces to it and let it cook for - minutes on low flame. You can add water to it at this point if you want some gravy. . Add fried paneer cubes. Tadaaa!!! It’s ready to eat🤤
