Ingredients

Chicken boneless cut in stripes 250 gm Soy sauce 1 tablespoon, vinegar ½ teaspoon, salt as per taste Ghee 10 gm Half onion, half green capsicum (cut both in cubes) Green chillies 5-6, garlic about 5-6 (slanted big cuts for both)

Method

Step 1

Marinate Chicken in soy sauce and vinegar (preferably overnight) Step- Add ghee to a pan followed by garlic, onion, capsicum and chillies. Stir fry on high flame for a minute. Step- Remove this stir fry on a plate and in the same pan without adding any extra ghee, add marinated chicken and cook for - mins. Keep tossing. Add little water occasionally if required (if you see pan burning). Step- Add salt as per taste depending on amount of soy sauce already used. When chicken is almost done, add the stir fry veg back into the same pan and fry with cooked chicken for a minute. Ready to serve 😊 Bon appetite!
