5ml oil
Soak red chilies in water
Grind the soaked chilies with garlic cloves and make smooth paste
Heat oil in a wok, add the chili paste and cook for a minute
Add slices onion and cook for - minutes
Add mushrooms and cook for - minutes until water dries up and switch off the flame
Add salt immediately and serve with rice, roti or pasta
