Lemon juice
To make chili sauce steam to green chili with a piece of garlic clove. Now blend them with salt, very little sweetener and lemon juice. Keep the paste aside.
Now take a full garlic make a rough paste with help of motar & pestle. Similarly take few green chilies and make a rough paste.
In a wok put groundnut oil let it become hot then add green chili paste sauté and then add garlic with pinch of salt sauté till it becomes golden brown. Now add chicken, salt according to taste and soya sauce and cook till chicken is cooked. Add water if needed or if you want to make gravy. Once chicken is cooked add chili sauce which you made and fry till all water evaporates. (If you want to make gravy then just cook for couple of minutes).
Serve with chapati, rice or chili garlic noodles. I used spaghetti to make noodles.
