125g chikoo ( peeled and chopped)
100g skimmed milk
3 tablets sugar free ( or any other zero cal sugar substitute of your choice)
place the chopped chikoo in the freezer for an hour
dissolve the sugar free in the milk, and pour it into an ice tray, and place in the freezer for an hour
once frozen, but not hard, bring the milk and the fruit out and blend in the mixer, till it forms a firm and smooth paste
scoop it out in a bowl, and ENJOY!
