50g Chickpeas

Mustered seeds

Cumin seeds

1 spoon Grated coconut

Red chilli powder

Salt

Method

Step 1

Add / tablespoons oil to pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Step 2

Add overnight soaked and cooked chickpeas stir fry for - minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Add grated coconut, salt and red chilli stir fry for minutes

Step 4

Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander and onion
